A Sunlit Table
On the terrace facing the sea or in the dining room, chef Simon Pinault crafts a Mediterranean cooking set to the rhythm of the market: regional vegetables, the day's catch. Breakfast
Served wherever you like: in your room, on the terrace or in the dining room. Pressed juices, a hot drink, pastries, fruit salad, and for something more indulgent: avocado toast, red berry granola or eggs benedict. The morning after a good evening, the "Detox" and "Energy" juices do the rest.
Lunch and Brunch
Facing the sea, time stretches out and chef Simon Pinault composes sun-drenched cooking, rooted in local produce. To savour at lunch or brunch until 2pm: simple, generous pleasures, at the hour when Saint-Tropez takes its time.
Dinner
As night falls, the candles are lit and the restaurant settles into a different rhythm. Chef Simon Pinault composes a delicate cuisine with Mediterranean accents, more personal, more considered. A table to be savoured in the gentle warmth of a Tropezian night.

THE ICONIC SAINT-GERMAIN-DES-PRÉS-LA PONCHE BAR
You settle in for a coffee fresh from the water, returns for the aperitif, and stays for the night. On the menu, signature cocktails in homage to the house's most loyal guests: Brigitte Bardot's Tu Veux Ou Tu Veux Pas, Picasso's La Joie de Vivre, Roger Vadim's Le Goût du Bonheur... Walnut panelling, marble, mirrors and deep armchairs: everything invites the aperitif to stretch on until the small hours.
Room Service
If La Ponche wakes with the day, she keeps watch through the night too. A drink on the terrace, a few bites to share, a late-night bite... at any hour, room service keeps the party going.

For your outings, we can prepare a delicious picnic to take along. Gazpacho, hummus, Niçoise salad, or burrata, each basket is thoughtfully composed by our chef.
