In the morning, the house wakes gently. In your room or on the light-filled terrace: fresh fruit, yoghurts, warm pastries, pressed juices. Jams and honey from local artisans.
Lunch
On Saturday and Sunday afternoons, lunches that stretch on. On the sun-drenched terrace or indoors, chef Éric Fava signs generous, honest cooking.

Dinner
On Friday and Saturday evenings, dinner is lived out by the fireplace or beneath the sky-painted ceiling. Éric Fava unfolds instinctive cooking, set to the rhythm of the forest and the seasons. A generous menu to share with friends or family, to savour without watching the clock.

Bar
At the bar, one settles in at any hour. Spritz, mocktails, local beer, apple juice from the orchard next door, teas by Christine Dattner. At the heart of the house or on the terrace, a drink between two forest walks.

Some evenings, the room becomes the finest of tables. Room service extends Éric Fava's menu: sharing plates, boards, homemade desserts. The forest alone is enough to feel a world away, without moving an inch.
