BABA, the open-air restaurant
The restaurant carries you through the entire day: lunch on the sand, dinner after dusk, and cocktails at the circular bar. In the kitchen, Assaf Granit brings the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine from Jerusalem to life, with fragrant spices, sun-kissed ingredients, and unapologetic generosity.
From noon until late into the night, the music rises with the sun, then lingers beneath the stars.
We are creating a bridge between the city of Jerusalem, its wonderful scents and its heritage, and Antibes. It is a joyful exchange between two Mediterranean places.
