Guided breathing exercises, meditative walks, and workshops centered on the four energies of the tarot will punctuate these three days, designed to help you unwind, ground yourself, and reconnect with yourself.

SARAH-LINE ATTLAN: founder of EÏA, she designs holistic rituals as spaces for deep reconnection.

Megève, a land of cycling: a network of trails from forests to alpine pastures, for every level. Bikes available, picnic basket on request.
Dozens of kilometres of trails: the Croix des Salles for families, Mont Joly (2,525 m) facing Mont Blanc for seasoned hikers. Cable cars open all summer.
At 1,320 m, the oldest designed mountain course, created by Henry Cotton. Eighteen holes facing the peaks, from Mont Joly to the Aravis, just minutes from the hotel.
An emblematic Megève experience, winter and summer alike. Ambling through the village streets, lulled by the rhythm of the horses a moment suspended in time.
In just a few minutes, the Mont d'Arbois and Jaillet gondolas rise above the valley. Ridge-top hiking, lunch in a mountain restaurant, or simple contemplation: the mountains, without the effort of the climb.
Megève, a vertical playground: paragliding above the alpine pastures, via ferrata, treetop adventure courses for families, canyoning and rafting in the Arly gorges. Altitude here is also measured by the drop.
